Responsible for the technical aspects of key interfaces including the customer such as Firefly Mobile, Tellular, and Haier America, the carriers such as Cingular-AT&T Wireless and Movistar Latin America,  and manufacturing including Jabil and Solectron throughout Asia and Mexico.  Managed product test, manufacturing test and deployment team responsible for over $75M gross revenue over several years.

Developed HD Radio portable platforms and products and helped introduce them into the market. Responsible for engineering development, product innovation and business development.

Project Manager, Specialty Systems Inc.
Management of the Shooter Tablet System (STS) Software Application Development that allows US Naval Shooter Officers to properly configure Steam Catapult Capacity Selector Valve (CSV) settings for successful aircraft launch off the current US Nimitz Class Aircraft Carriers. STS is an application that replaces legacy book lookups and manual calculations with a simple, intuitive, and durable MS Windows Tablet based software solution.

Program Manager, Specialty Systems Inc.
Developed Low Profile UHF SATCOM antenna system for US Department of Defense Aircraft. Working to grow business in areas of military communications, antenna systems and avionics for US department of defense.

Business Development

Worked with executives at Austria Micro Systems, AMS, to implement HD Radio reference designs for customer base. Worked with CEO and team at Tele-chips Korea to implement HD Radio proto-types into the industry. Resulted in first ever Portable HD Radio proto-type models. Secured mobile phone and wireless product manufacturing stability and production capabilities for ongoing business operation with Solectron China, Solectron Guadalajara, and Jabil China. Enabled design, manufacture and business operations on several cellular based custom components including antennas and battery pack sub assemblies with extensive on site meetings throughout main land China.


Enabled manufacturing at contract manufacturers including Jabil, Solectron as well as in house manufacturing in Beijing China. Locations included several destinations outside Beijing and Shanghai China as well as Guadalajara Mexico. Designed and developed manufacturing in many USA domestic in house and contract manufacturing facilitates.


Multifaceted communications and RF hardware engineer with experience in all phases of wireless system and circuit design, program and product development, design verification, and mass production. Have performed lead hardware engineering role and circuit design on several programs including, Hybrid Digital FM radio receivers, GSM handsets and products, frequency hopping spread spectrum radio transceivers, analog and digital cordless phones and LAN systems and hardware.  Lead design engineer of the Firefly ™ GSM children’s cell phone, winner of the 2005 CES wireless gadget of the year and 2006 CTIA show handset of the year awards. Responsible for circuit, critical electro-mechanical, EMC/ESD, antenna, design and mass production. Shipped product with a total volume of just under 1 M handsets. Approximate gross revenue, $50 Million.  Use of industry standard RF tools such as HP-EEsof, HP Genesys, Ansoft HFSS, P-Spice and CAD-FEKO.  Use of schematic capture tools including Or-CAD.
